Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on radar138. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus balances forfeited, and withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation.

To be eligible to register for and use a radar138 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
To register an Account with radar138, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
Each User is strictly limited to one (1) registered Account on radar138. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. radar138 employs technical controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed, all Bonus balances will be forfeited, and radar138 reserves the right to withold any pending withdrawals pending full investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify radar138 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. radar138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Upon registration, your Account will be denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winings will be processed in MYR unless a specific cryptocurrency option has been selected and confirmed at the time of transaction.
radar138 is committed to operating a safe, responsible, and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, radar138 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and at any other time radar138 dems it necessary for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
Standard KYC verification requires the following:
radar138 aims to complete standard KYC review within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours of receiving all required documentation. Where additional verification steps are required, radar138 will notify the User by email. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is successfully completed.
Users who fail to provide satisfactory identity verification within the timeframe specified by radar138, or who provide false, altered, or fraudulent documents, will have their Account suspended. All Funds held in the Account at the time of suspension will be subject to review. radar138 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and withold Funds where fraud is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
radar138 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at radar138's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Users may view their applicable limits within the Account dashboard.
radar138 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements:
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account or to an account held in the User's verified name. radar138 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods. Users must ensure all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled before requesting a withdrawal of Bonus-derived funds.
radar138 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement by reference.
radar138 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim single promotion, and exploitation of software errors or promotional miscommunications. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, radar138 reserves the right to void Bonus, cancel related winings, and close the Account.
radar138 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts or player segments from particular promotions based on account history, tier status, geographic location, or other operational criteria. Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players in the VIP tier programme are subject to additional terms applicable to their respective tier level.
All games available on radar138 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By placing any wager, you agree to the applicable game rules for that specific game.
All casino games on radar138 utilise independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game session, radar138 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the applicable wager amount to the User's account. Sports betting wagers placed on radar138 are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant sporting body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UEFA for European competitions, UFC for mixed martial arts events). The following activities are strictly prohibited on the radar138 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure forfeiture of Funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the radar138 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game titles, software, code, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of radar138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform, except as incidental to normal use of the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of radar138's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, radar138, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, even if radar138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
radar138's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. radar138 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation.

radar138 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
Following investigation, radar138 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. The disposition of Funds held in a permanently closed Account will depend on the nature and outcome of the investigation. Where no wrongdoing is confirmed, available Funds (excluding any Bonus balance) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting radar138 support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed, and any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Users on self-exclusion are not eligible for voluntary closure as a circumvention of the exclusion period.
radar138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect the rights or obligations of Users — radar138 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email to their registered address and/or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page and within the page header. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which radar138 is licensed to operate.
In the event of any dispute between you and radar138 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and direct communication. Users may raise disputes by contacting radar138 support in writing at the contact details provided in Section 17.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms provided under the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Section affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
